Leadership
John F. Luchansky
President and Founder
Mr. Luchansky has served as President of CEW, Inc. the operator of eMedigap Florida since its inception in 2012. His goal is to make eMedigap Florida the most informative, user-friendly, and comprehensive online store for Medicare beneficiaries in Florida to purchase their coverage.
Prior to forming CEW, Inc., Mr. Luchansky served as an executive with United HealthCare of Florida and Physician Corporation of America. Previously, he was in the information technology industry with IBM Corporation, Gartner, Inc., and consulted with a leading online career technology organization. He brings 36 years of combined experience in the health insurance and technology industries to eMedigap Florida. He holds degrees from the University of Maryland and University of Texas-Arlington.
Denis Radefeld
Executive Consultant
Denis Radefeld has served as an Executive Consultant since the company’s inception in 2012. Mr. Radefeld served as CEO of the Scott & White Health Plan of central Texas which serves 250,000 plus members. He is a former member of the Texas Health Insurance Board and holds a Master of Health Care Administration from the George Washington University.
